FAQs

Our Account Management team has very deep corporate travel experience.  We have worked with virtually every TMC over the years and are very knowledgeable about the latest travel technologies in the marketplace.  Importantly, our Account Managers understand the corporate travel space intimately and are not just technology people without background in travel.  We actually insist that you meet our Account Managers before working with our service.  We want CapTrav to be a great fit for your company!

Our Account Managers have broad experience with virtually every travel related supplier in the industry.  Most other Account Managers have deep knowledge of the specific company they represent but not necessarily a greater knowledge about their competitors, the latest technologies, or new industry entrants.  It is this depth and breadth of knowledge that we use to help translate corporate travel best practices to your specific business needs.

Basic Account Management comes at no additional charge to all of our clients.  This includes a monthly “touch base” call where we can discuss specifics about your program based on the data and your more general strategic objectives.  We can customize a more substantial scope of work to include supplier sourcing, category management, RFP’s services for travel adjacent functions, policy writing, benchmarking, and even provide 1st level call center or help desk support.

We work with clients of all sizes and from all industries and we meet as a team on a weekly basis to talk about what’s going on in the industry and how we can use our knowledge to help each client.  Most importantly, we have very deep experience in corporate travel, and we genuinely love what we do.

Absolutely not.  If your company has a good internal resource who would like to manage the travel program, we are happy to be on “stand by” if you need any help or have any questions.  Alternatively, we are also happy to serve as a sounding board for your current category manager.
